The artist Daniele Basso guest member of the selection commission for the Move the Movie project, part of the Innovate to Collaborate initiative of Europa Cinemas to which the Verdi Cinema in Candelo belongs, together with the Elios cinema in Carmagnola (TO), the Monterosa cinema in Turin and the Solaris cinema in Pesaro.
The initiative provides for the animation in video format of 15 projects selected from the works of the elementary and middle schools in the area, the creation of an exhibition with all the drawings of the candidates and a screening at the Verdi Cinema of the animations taken from the awarded works.
With Basso in the commission also Mariella Biollino (president of the Livio Pozzo civic library), Nunzia Chieppa (psychiatrist and psychotherapist), Gabriella Di Lanzo (Councillor representing the City of Candelo), Michelle Peruffo (operator of the Verdi cinema in Candelo), Emanuela Piovano (director, producer and vice president of ANAC).
