Daniele Basso realizes
the Elegance Award for Rossocorsa Ferrari
On the occasion of the event Gran Premio Parco Valentino, held in Turin on Saturday 11 June 2016, Rossocorsa Ferrari delivered the coveted Elegance Award realized by the artist Daniele Basso for the 2016 edition. In the imposing venue of the Reggia di Venaria manor, they selected the most elegantly fitted and customized Ferrari, and the winner was the owner of a unique pearl-white Ferrari 458 Spider.
"This prize – points out Claudio Grosso, Rossocorsa marketing manager – designed by the Italian artist Daniele Basso, who is young but already well known at international level, highlights the strong connection of the world of Ferrari and Rossocorsa with culture and art that, together with the passion for motors, represent the best example of Made in Italy acknowledged worldwide. This choice casts an exclusive light on Rossocorsa within the Ferrari panorama, and on the steadily distinctive quality of relations and service we provide!"
“The exclusive cooperation with Rossocorsa – says the artist Daniele Basso – is both a privilege and a great honor to me. I conceived this prize to highlight the link of beauty and performances. A strong link that today must be protected as one of Italy’s most precious assets. Ferrari certainly is one of the best examples in the field of automotive and design, and art loads it with symbolic universal values. This prize absolutely is a tribute to beauty that, in my opinion, is increasingly necessary to improve our life. Beauty will save our spirit and spreads ‘joie de vivre’ onto us that are daily laden with responsibilities and obligations!”
In recent years, Daniele Basso’s career brought him from NYC to Saint Petersburg, and on to Vatican City, Lugano, and Monte Carlo, not to mention his important co-operations with Coca-Cola and Ski World Cup Alta Badia. Daniele, who is presently exhibiting at the Contini Art Factory in Venice, has always lived art as a universal expression of human spirit and ethical commitment, capable of delivering messages through emotions, directly into the people’s heart.
