MAX BLARDONE presents IN PISTA PER AMATRICE
with CLAUDIO RAVETTO and DANIELE BASSO.
In the splendid setting of the Relais Santo Stefano in Sandigliano, within the project Aspettando #FUORILUOGO, the ski champion Max Blardone and the former Technical Direction of the men's national alpine skiing Team Claudio Ravetto present the project "In Pista per Amatrice".
Introduced by Irene Finiguerra, curator of the event and organizer together with Deborah Mancin and all the staff of #Fuoriluogo, Max Blardone have presented the project "In Pista per Amatrice": the construction of a sports center in the municipality of Amatrice, affected from the terrible earthquake of August 2016. A synthetic ski slope with three fun slopes to allow children to ski or even just slip on big donuts. A perspective of the future for that territory through the values of sport. An important step to return to life. Because "Sport - say Max and Claudio - for children, is a right".
With them also the artist Daniele Basso, who illustrated the importance of art in the process of reconstruction of a territory, where beauty becomes inspiration for life, helping to design a better future. For the initiative the artist from Biella has in fact created the work "SuperMaxArciere" inspired by the silhouette of his friend Max Blardone. Not only a symbol of victory at the end of the race, but also of strength and determination of "who never gives up ". The arrow is a metaphor to go beyond difficulties, overcome one's limits with courage and dignity. The work is in circulation of 25, one of which dedicated to the evening of Biella.
Present over 80 guests who have contributed with their generosity to the realization of the project.
